The property is approached via an A-road. There is parking for one car for Ramsey View in a communal car park. There is a bus-stop (sheltered) 70 metres from the end of the drive served by a good service all the year round to St Davids and to Haverfordwest. During Spring and Summer, services are especially frequent allowing access to many points along the coastal path especially handy for walkers. Access to the bus stop however is via a short stretch of road without a pavement. Therefore, bright clothing (and a light at night) along with due caution is recommended. Access to Ramsey View is via one step up (approximately 20cm) followed by another two steps down (approx 15cm each) and further on, another two steps up (approx 10cm) and two down, before reaching the front door where there is one small step up into the hall. There is outside lighting which can be switched on from just inside the front door. There is no on-site assistance available with luggage. It is suggested that keys are placed in the same place where found when visitors go out, as a fee including call-out charge will have to be charged if a replacement key is needed. Please note that there are external stairs at Wood Cottage (on the right from the car park) leading now to the bedroom window that are uneven and potentially hazardous. Please supervise young children who may play in this area. The garden with its magnificent sea views is fairly level. There is also a gravelled area and a wooded area available, all of which are reached via a maximum of two steps. All areas indoors are well lit and white or brightly decorated. Downstairs there is lounge and kitchen/diner all level with no steps. Kitchen/diner is well lit with down lighting to food preparation and eating area. There is a downstairs WC with no steps. Access to the first floor is via a straight flight of standard stairs with handrail. All bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs again all on one level with no steps. The overhead shower is inside in bath. Guide dogs are welcome. Mobile phone reception can fluctuate and is dependent on telephone carrier.
