Ty Newydd can be found 200 yards from the A487 and provides off-road parking for 1 car in a small gravelled parking area in communal car park. The covered front entrance, with outside light, is reached by descending 6 steps (each up to 20cm high) and turning left at the bottom. The property is on one level and is well-lit with both natural and artificial lighting, comprising 3 bedrooms, kitchen/living/dining area, bathroom and utility room. The kitchen/living/dining area provides direct access through French doors, down 5 steps (each up to 23cm high) to the patio/garden area. Please be aware of a raised threshold at the French door exit. Garden is level and lawned with a patio and seating area to one side. Good colour contrast to floor, walls and doorways. Bathroom with over-bath shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, with low level oven/grill. Smart TV/DVD player activated by remote control.
A lovely cottage, clean and bright and those views were to die for. Even a very small patch of garden which saved a late night dog walk. A drive to a large supermarket but a well-equipped local shop.
