The sandy bottomed harbour is perfect for keen sailing and kayaking enthusiasts. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really appreciate the beauty and wonderful bird and wildlife of this stunning coastline, with views over St Brides Bay to the islands of Ramsey, Skokholm and Grassholm; take advantage of the Puffin Shuttle to catch a lift home after a day exploring on foot. A short drive will take you to the tiny City of St Davids with its range of shops, pubs and restaurants to try. Visit its majestic Cathedral and Bishops Palace. A boat trip to Ramsey Island from St Justinians to see the seal pups in late September is a must of any holiday. While Whitesands Beach, voted one of the top ten beaches in the world, is ideal for families and surfers, or in the opposite direction is the long sandy beach of Newgale with its beachside cafes and pub, as well as a water sports hire shop.
