Property approached via an A road, then via lane, along private access road. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is directly outside the property on an area constructed from recycled materials (not level). More parking on a grassy strip and at Trefloyne Golf Club car park. Main entrance door reached by three 7 inch high steps with hand rail. Alternative entrance is via a concrete path at the rear of the property leading to a ramp and terrace made from wooden decking then the 32 inch wide front door. Ground level facilities include kitchen, dining area, small sitting area with low sofa, desk and high back chair, bathroom with shower cubicle and bath with movable grab handle/wc/wash hand basin, two bedrooms with two single beds and one with television operated by remote control. All doors on the ground level have an opening of 30.25 inches. Wooden decking terrace around property with patio furniture. Tended grassy area to the side is usable (in good weather) but the surface is not even. External lighting to front of downstairs decking and balcony is activated by a switch in the dining and living room areas near the external doors. External lighting system by the front door is motion activated by a switch inside by the front door that needs to remain in the “on” position. Main living room is on the first floor and is accessed by a wooden open tread staircase. Other facilities on the first floor include the double bedroom with ensuite shower/wc/wash hand basin.
