The property is accessed via a gravel drive with allocated parking in the parking area. A sloped pathway leads to the gate and then a gravel path to the front door. The house is accessed via a small step to a hallway. The ground floor accommodation includes a well-appointed kitchen, shower room (this is accessed via two small steps); with shower, toilet and basin and a large open plan living area. The comfortable living area includes a TV, dining table and woodburner. The stairs lead to the spacious bedroom in the crog loft. There is free unlimited WiFi access at the property. The property has a large, secure lawned garden. A short downhill walk takes you to the stunning Nolton Haven beach. There is also a restaurant in Nolton Haven and a farm shop selling local produce in Nolton. The nearest town is Haverfordwest that is approximately 8 miles away.
