Llety is accessed by the front door which is situated at the end of a short driveway/off road parking area. Two concrete steps lead to the front door complete with a galvanised handrail to the right-hand-side. Once inside all rooms are on the same level, two bedrooms, shower room with a walk-in shower-shower base is at floor level with a stainless handrail. A door leads into the lounge from the entrance hallway complete with a log burner, there is a Carbon Monoxide Alarm positioned on the lounge wall. The kitchen is accessed via an opening from the lounge, it is fully fitted complete with a low-level built-in oven and dishwasher, a counter top microwave, an upright fridge/freezer within a built-in kitchen unit. A door leads from the kitchen into a utility room which contains a sink unit and low-level washing machine and tumble dryer. This room also contains the LPG gas combi boiler which produces a complete heating system together with instant hot water to all taps and shower. Within the utility room there is a rear door leading to an outside space, there is a concrete ramp complete with a wall-mounted handrail from the rear door to a paved area with a table and chairs. The rear outside space is on two levels. Further access to the rear area is possible via the side gate from the road.
