Approached via a B-road and then narrow lanes with passing places for approximately 2 miles. Cottage is accessed via 5 bar gate into gravel drive with allocated parking off. Little Rogeston has allocated parking on the far boundary of this area. Little Rogeston is accessed via gravel path from central gravel area. The narrow path between well maintained shrubs is on a gradient with one shallow step. There is one step at the front entrance to the property. No porterage is available. The cottage has private slightly sloping gravel path and sitting area with a table and two chairs. There are also shared grounds of approx. half an acre with well-maintained grass and shrubs and gravel and concrete paths that can be uneven. There are also private areas belonging to the other cottages that are behind gates. A map in the cottage gives details of private and shared areas. The cottage is all ground floor accommodation with open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. Bedroom and shower room are accessed via a small lobby area off the kitchen. Shower room comprises wc, wash hand basin and corner shower which is a shallow step up from the tiled floor and has curved glass doors that slide open for access. Shower room and bedroom are accessed via standard width doors off the small lobby. The kitchen has two areas of oak work surface with glass and wooden chopping boards for protection, stone composite sink with mixer tap and half drainer, a low level fan oven/grill and fridge, touch button controlled ceramic hob with extractor over and full size dishwasher slightly raised height positioned in store cupboard. Sitting/dining room is well lit with window overlooking gardens and velux roof window with remote controlled blind. Smart TV with integrated DVD player operated by remote control. Sensor controlled external lighting to front with solar powered lamps along edges of gravel path. Guide dogs welcome. No public transport to location.
We have had a wonderful week. The Cottage is lovely, comfortable and very well equipped. So peaceful too, Lot of exploring to do in the area such as Solva, Porthgain & St Brides. We will be back .
We greatly enjoyed our stay, Especially sunrise and breakfast in the front garden, The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained.

We have had a fabulous time – Broad Haven beach is great for dogs our little one was exhausted after all his beach walks. So, we’ve walked enjoyed great foods and loved the dramatic views.
I enjoyed my Christmas get away at the cottage, it was lovely and peaceful. I visited Broad Haven beach and walked the pond trail, it was beautiful.
