• The property is approached via the B4341, from Haverfordwest. • The property is the second in a pair of semi-detached houses. • There are 2 dedicated level tarmac car parking spaces directly in front property. • From the parking area, the property can be accessed by taking 7 x 14cm high steps down, onto a level concrete paved path to the main entrance, which is along the left-hand-side of the house. • There is an outside light which illuminates the side path and another which illuminates the rear of the property. These lights can be turned on using a switch in the hall, for the side light and a switch by the back door for the rear of the house. • The main entrance has one 15.25 cm step to the front door, leading to a hall of 180 cm by 84 cm. • There is a second entrance to the rear of the property, accessed from a level concrete paved path, through a pedestrian gate with low level latch. The rear entrance leads into the kitchen via a single pedestrian door and step of 15.25 cm. • The fully enclosed garden consists of an area of concrete paved patio and grass. There is a 10 cm difference in level between the patio and grassed area. The grassed area is level. The front room has a 5ft double bed, the bunk room has a 3ft bunk bed and the rear bedroom has 2 x 3ft single beds. • Assistance Dogs are welcome. • There is limited public transport (local bus service) available from a sheltered bus stop on the B4341.
