About Ty Mor

Ty Mor is a lovely mid-terrace, modern, holiday home set on a quiet cul-de-sac, only 100 yards from Broad Haven’s glorious sandy beach.

Comfortably furnished with the open plan living space on the first floor, there is a fitted, well-equipped, modern kitchen area, dining table and comfortable seating, French doors open to small balcony with lovely views of the sea and St Brides Bay, which you can enjoy as you relax. There is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room on the second floor while on the ground floor is a twin room and family bathroom, while children will enjoy the second sitting room with sliding doors opening to an enclosed, rear, paved patio and small gravelled garden, enjoy dining alfresco on a summer’s evening, the sea glimpses will remind you just how close the beach and sea is.

A level walk takes you to this beautiful sandy beach, spend your days here, children will love building sand castles and exploring the rock pools, or why not try a water sport like paddle boarding, canoeing or surfing, there is a hire shop for the equipment in Broad Haven as well as a well-stocked village shop, pub, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. At low tide walk along the beach, around the headland to the neighbouring picturesque sandy cove of Little Haven, with its cluster of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Alternatively, take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning coastline on foot, head north towards Druidston and Nolton Haven and the popular surfing beach of Newgale.

Parking is available on the private paved driveway at the front of the property. The main entrance opens up into the hallway with one small step to access. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a twin bedroom, bathroom with bath with shower over and a large garden lounge to the rear of the house leads to the enclosed garden (decking and gravel) accessed via double French doors. There are two sets of stairs in the house. The first leads to the first floor where there is a spacious, well-appointed kitchen/diner and lounge. The second leads to a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is free unlimited WiFi access at the property. TV/DVD players in both lounge areas. The property is a short walk to the sandy Broad Haven Beach, which is ideal for families. Broad Haven has a number of small shops and restaurants/cafes. The nearest town is Haverfordwest that is approximately 6 miles away.
