Nice cozy cottage with views down to Fishguard harbour. Good size rooms although it’s still cozy. There is some lovely pubs within walking distance and we found the locals really friendly and welcoming. This cottage is in upper Fishguard and it’s a walk down to the harbour but walkable and uphill on the way back so gets the heart rate going. Sophie was very quick to help with any queries and very helpful. Overall it’s a lovely place to stay in a lovely neighbourhood.
A lovely cottage in a wonderful location, close to the coastal path, shops and pubs.
“We stayed at Penrallt Cottage during the Christmas holidays and loved every second of our time here! We explored the Pembrokeshire Coastal path which you can straight on to from the steps at the front of the cottage, and walked for miles. The scenery was breathtaking, and we enjoyed looking for seals and Choughs. We also enjoyed a day trip to Solva, St. David’s and Tenby. There’s a Co-op within walking distance of the cottage which was perfect for all our groceries, and we enjoyed going to the Royal Oak pub for dinner which was a 2 minute walk from the front door! The cottage itself is simply but tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for the stay. We really loved playing the Wii and the new bathroom was the perfect place to relax after our walks! We are hoping to come back in the summer and enjoy a glass of wine while sat overlooking the harbour. The PERFECT place to relax, rewind and recharge your batteries.
