Access Statement

The property is on an A-road. Garage is accessed directly from the road, with a manual overhead garage door. 1 space in garage plus space for 1 small car on the driveway in front. House accessed from pavement up 1 small step (60mm) and through a bolted gate, along a short path (approx. 2000mm), up 5 steps (150mm each) with handrail and along a flat path (approx. 2000mm). House accessed from back of garage through a sliding door, up a concrete ramp (approx. 4000mm) and turning back on to a flat path (approx 2000mm) to the front door. Two 110mm steps up to the main entrance. Alternative entrance to house via flat path from main entrance, around the back of the house (approx. 5000mm), through sliding door (opening approx. 700mm wide) with step (approx. 100mm). A second, unlocked door is situated approx. 1000mm from the main entrance door, in the passage, with access to cloakroom in this space.
