A prestigious detached brick house set on the foreshore overlooking the water of Dale Bay towards Dale and The Gann; a mecca for water enthusiasts and birdwatchers alike, set in 60 acres of farmland. This is wonderful area designated as a Special Site of Scientific Interest* it brims with birdlife as well as unique flora and fauna.
Musselwick House has been finished to a high standard and furnished in a contemporary style, yet retains many original features with wooden floors and feature fireplaces, while the high ceilings and large sash windows make it feel light and airy. The large double aspect lounge has a woodburning stove for chillier evenings and offers wonderful views over the water.
The spacious kitchen has been beautifully fitted in a cottage style and is ideal for catering for family gatherings. The bedrooms above offer the most stunning views out over the bay. A paved patio and large, hedged lawned garden offers plenty of space for children to play while you enjoy a summer evening barbecue.
A gate and steps lead down directly to the beach and water; boats can be launched at the slipway in Dale. Marvel at the birdlife and spend your day just messing around on the water. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and walk the coastline round to the sandy beach at Lindsway or further away lies the beautiful West Dale beach. A trip round the islands of Grassholm and Skomer from Martins Haven is a must on any holiday. There is a village pub in St Ishmaels or why not cross the water for lunch at The Griffin in Dale.
A wonderful holiday that will generate lasting memories for all.

We all had a wonderful stay at Musselwick House, celebrating a Golden Wedding Anniversary. The house was amazing which caters for all your needs and more. Visited some amazing beaches and had some lovely walks from the house. Memories to treasure forever with the family altogether.
We've had a lovely time enjoying the house and it's location (especially the early morning light over Dale from the attic windows!) We've managed to pack quite a lot into our week- the grandchildren especially enjoyed their introduction to paddle boarding in Dale. A big thank you from the whole party for a great holiday!
