Garden is practically on two levels with an inclining path joining them to the slate steps. Rear access to the garden is via a track that runs down the side of the first house in the terrace and along the bottom of the gardens. There is patio furniture and barbecue in the external drying room/storage area. Ground floor includes, in sequence, dining room, kitchen with utility room, wc/whb with shower and living room. Shower room, accessed by wide 800mm doorway, has been adapted to provide wheel in shower and transfer space. Dining room has good artificial lighting and natural light in the morning.
