Step into the useful utility room which leads via one step down to the wonderful cottage style bespoke kitchen with Rayburn, well-equipped it is perfect for preparing family meals. An arch leads through to the dining room with a patio door to the enclosed sheltered garden. Enjoy relaxing in the sitting room with its wood burning stove, adding atmosphere. A twin bedroom with ensuite opens straight off the sitting room while 2 separate sets of stairs lead from the sitting room to 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom one side and a further master bedroom with seperate shower room on the other, conveniently giving 2 families ample space. All nestled in the eaves with some restricted headroom and characterful A-frame beams.
The enclosed rear garden is a perfect spot to relax on a summer’s evening and dine alfresco with a paved terrace, 3 steps up to a lawned area and further paved patio with picnic table.
Set in rolling countryside, marvel at the the dark skies and stars at night, yet only a 10 minute drive from the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline, join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really explore its hidden bays and beaches, including the picturesque coves of Abercastle and Abermawr, still used by local fishermen today or Aberferlin, below the village of Trefin and Porthgain with its recommended pub and restaurant. The nearest village is Mathry with its popular pub and the Siop Fach tea rooms and collectables. The bustling harbour town of Fishguard with its range of shops, pubs and restaurants is within easy reach, while the tiny city of St Davids is well worth a visit with excellent facilities, Cathedral and Bishops Palace ruins, as well as one of the best beaches in the world, Whitesands Bay.

Pembroke Castle's annual Christmas market always has an array of market stalls, entertainment and the arrival of Santa between 11am - 4pm on Saturday & Sunday .A lovely events to get into the Christmas spirit and purchase some lovely handmade gifts and enjoy some of the best local produce.
The perfect opportunity to stock up before Christmas! Buy local products, craft, art and lots of other goodies, then call into the café for mulled wine and mince pies. Picton Castle is holding a magical family friend Christmas event every weekend throughout December this year up until Christmas. This year's Torch Theatre Pantomime is Pinocchio, the well-known story of a puppet who dreams of being a real boy. In true festive style, this show will be full of music, laughter and more making it the perfect family treat this Christmas! Fishguard once again welcomes you to it's Annual New Year's Eve Street Party! With celebrations, live music and fireworks - it really is a fantastic party to celebrate the coming of the New Year! Refreshments are available on the street and in the surrounding pubs and restaurants. This event is free entry, donations are appreciated as any money given is then put towards next year's celebrations.
A perfect way to bring in the new year, Victoria Hall in Roch is hosting their annual New Years celebrations with a bonfire and fireworks. The event starts from 5pm onwards with the lighting of the bonfire, and refreshments are available in the hall throughout the evening. Admission to be paid upon entry.
This Charity Horse and Dog Show is an annual event which occurs in May each year in St. David's. With show jumping, dog shows, stalls and refreshments, this is a great day out for all those interested in horses and dogs!

With two different distances available, you can either enter the Middle Distance event which is made up of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile cycle and a 13.1 mile run; or the Sprint Distance which is made up of a 750m swim, a 13 mile cycle and a 4 mile run. Whether you're an athlete or a spectator, supporters line the streets creating an amazing atmosphere and energy which definitely makes this event a must-see!

This is a beautiful cottage and the garden is a fantastic sun-trap. Recommend walking from Abereiddy to Treath Llyfn and spending the day on the beach. Boat trip around Ramsey Island is also great fun, we saw lots of seals. Thank you!
We have very much enjoyed our stay in your comfortable cottage. Strumble Head circular walk is very rewarding with fantastic views all around and lots of seals and seal pups can be seen at the moment
